If you sign up for a Team plan, we also collect your organization name. **Property Search Data.** We collect the search queries, filters, and criteria you use to find properties. This helps us improve search relevance and personalize your experience. **Usage Data.** We automatically collect information about how you interact with PropIntel, including pages visited, features used, properties viewed, deals analyzed, and time spent on the platform. **Device & Log Data.** We collect standard log information including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and device identifiers. **Third-Party Data.** We aggregate property data from public county records, municipal databases, MLS feeds, and other authorized data providers. This data relates to properties, not to our users personally.

We use your information to: - Provide, maintain, and improve PropIntel's property intelligence services - Process your property searches and deliver enriched results - Calculate motivation scores, deal analysis, and comparable sales - Send you search alerts and notifications you've opted into - Process payments and manage your subscription - Provide customer support - Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models and user experience - Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues - Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Search history and usage data are retained for up to 24 months after your last activity. Property data sourced from public records is updated regularly and retained as long as it remains relevant and accurate.
