Terms of Service

By accessing or using PropIntel AI ("PropIntel," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using PropIntel on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

PropIntel is an AI-powered property intelligence platform that helps real estate investors search for properties, analyze deals, and manage their investment pipeline. The Service aggregates data from public records, municipal databases, and other authorized sources to provide property information, motivation scores, comparable sales, and deal analysis. **Important:** PropIntel provides data and analysis tools for informational purposes. We are not a licensed real estate broker, appraiser, or financial advisor. Property data, valuations, and scores should be independently verified before making investment decisions.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your password and account - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - Accept responsibility for all activity under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PropIntel offers Free, Solo, and Team subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. - **Free Trial.** Paid plans may include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. - **Billing.** Charges are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. - **Cancellation.** You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. - **Refunds.** We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable. - **Price Changes.** We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to: - Use PropIntel to harass, stalk, or intimidate property owners - Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the platform - Reverse-engineer our AI models, scoring algorithms, or data enrichment processes - Share your account credentials with unauthorized users - Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including fair housing, debt collection, and telemarketing regulations - Resell or redistribute PropIntel data without written authorization - Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise system security - Use skip trace data for purposes other than legitimate real estate investment outreach

**Property Data.** PropIntel aggregates data from public records and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all property information — including ownership, tax status, liens, permits, violations, or valuations — is complete, current, or error-free. **Motivation Scores.** Our AI-generated motivation scores are predictive estimates based on available data signals. They are not guarantees of seller willingness. **Comparable Sales & Valuations.** ARV estimates and comp analysis are automated approximations. They are not certified appraisals and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. **THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.**

PropIntel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PropIntel AI, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using PropIntel (lists, notes, campaigns). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPINTEL AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DEALS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropIntel AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to PropIntel at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Phoenix, AZ under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
